Refund policy

Our apparel is made to order. Please review the size guide and your color selection before placing an order.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

If there is a problem with your order, email Dirtychampion@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and affected area.

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund for eligible issues. Please contact us before sending anything back; we will provide instructions if a return is needed.

Size, color, and change-of-mind requests

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges when a customer chooses the wrong size or color or changes their mind, except where required by applicable law. If we send a different item, size, or color from what you ordered, contact us under the issue-reporting process above.

Lost packages

If your order has not arrived, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner and carrier.

Shipping address errors

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
